ERW PIPE
Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Pipe is produced in a continuous rolling process that uses high frequency induction welding.
NAPSteel stocks ERW pipe in the size range from NPS ¼” to NPS 24” and in schedules including 7, 10, 30, 40, 80, STD, and XS.
ERW pipe is certified to various standards (ASTM, API, CSA, UL, and FM) to fit the widest range applications. ERW pipe also comes a range of finishes including – BPE, BTC, BRG, GPE, GTC, and GRG.

SEAMLESS PIPE
Seamless Pipe is hot formed from a single billet of steel and contains no seams or joints.
NAPSteel stocks seamless pipe in the size range from NPS ½” to NPS 24” and in wide range of schedules including 40, 80, 100, 120, 160, STD, XS, and XXS. For high temperature applications, seamless pipe is offered in ASTM A106, ASME SA106, and CSA Z425.1 and in ASTM A333 for low temperature applications.

DSAW PIPE
Double Submerged Arc Welded pipe (DSAW) if cold formed from a single piece of steel plate by rolling or pressing. The longitudinal seam is welded both inside and outside using the submerged arc welding process. Each piece is often cold expanded to meet tight dimensional tolerance.
NAPSteel stocks DSAW pipe from oilfield approved mills in the size range from NPS 24” to NPS 48” in schedules of STD, XS, and S80. Specifications in stock include CSA Z245.1 and API 5L in grades from 241 (B) to 483 (X70).

SPIRAL WELDED PIPE
Spiral welded pipe or Helical welded pipe is cold formed from hot rolled coil and submerged arc welded in a single, continuous process. The spiral welding process is efficient, flexible, and cost efficient. This process is customizable for very large diameters or long lengths with various levels of certification to meet engineers’ specific demands and requirements..
Spiral Welded Pipe is Used in:
- Foundations
- Pillars
- Chimney & Ventilation Ducts
- Pylons
- Floating Decks
- Penstocks
- Reservoirs & Tanks
